If something arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, just let us know within 7 days. Returns are accepted within 14 days — items must be unused and in original packaging.

ARE ANY PURCHASES FINAL SALE?

Most items can be returned, but sale or limited edition pieces may be final.

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

  • Orders usually ship within 2–4 business days from China.

  • Delivery takes around 3–8 business days depending on your location.

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?

Most of our ceramics are made with care in Jingdezhen and Dehua — regions known for their porcelain heritage.

We also feature iconic celadon pieces from Longquan, each selected for its quiet beauty and spirit.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

  • Shipping starts at €4.75. We offer free shipping on orders over €69.

  • Rates may vary slightly depending on your region — you'll see the exact cost at checkout.

  • Instead of hiding shipping in product prices, we prefer to keep things transparent — so you only pay for what you need, nothing more.
